In November 2016, the OTA Officers and Board of Directors adopted Legislative Priorities for the 132nd General Assembly. The Legislative Priorities consist of issues that are of importance to Ohio townships and will significantly impact the efficiency of township government.

As entities of statute, it is important for members of the General Assembly to thoroughly understand the dynamic issues that confront townships. Ohio legislators are provided the OTA Legislative Priorities and encouraged to reference them when drafting legislation.

If you have a township issue that should be included in the 133rd General Assembly Legislative Priorities, please contact Heidi Fought at or call us at 614.863.0045.
