Ellen Homan is a fiscal officer in Washington Township, Mercer County, and has served for 22 years. She is currently the Secretary-Treasurer of the Mercer County Township Association and serves as a Director on the OTA Board.
She attended Coldwater High School and Sinclair Community College and is currently retired. Ellen worked for 30 years at a local accounting firm and 10 years as the Business Manager for the Coldwater Cluster of Catholic Parishes. Ellen is married to Doug and has five children and seven grandchildren. She is an MED Foundation Board Member at Mercer Health Hospital.
