Sponsoring and advertising at the OTA Winter Conference is a great way to grab the attention of our conference attendees! We have several opportunities available for you to stand out as a sponsor. The earlier you submit payment for sponsorship, the more publicity you will receive, because we begin our advertising as soon as possible.
Please note that payment must be received at the time of commitment. Unless otherwise noted, these sponsorship opportunities are on a first-come, first-serve basis. A La Carte advertising opportunities are sold separate from sponsorship opportunities and can not be added to reach a certain sponsorship tier.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
*New* Trade Show Hall Demonstration

We are excited to offer 15 minutes of demonstration time on center stage in the Trade Show hall. These demonstrations will take place during the “networking with vendor” time slots while there are no workshops. Sign up for your opportunity to speak to a crowd of OTA Winter Conference attendees. The OTA will work with you to determine your day and time slot.
- $500 - 10 opportunities available
- Time slots for demonstrations are first come, first served.
Applied Graphics - unlimited opportunities per vendor
Decals are some of the most popular event graphics available today due to their versatility. They provide a high degree of flexibility in terms of where you want to display your message. Applied graphics can be placed on windows, walls, doors, floors, and any infrastructure of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC).
The OTA will work with you and the GCCC throughout the process to ensure your company has maximum exposure and all GCCC guidelines are met. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
$10 per square foot - walls, doors & windows
$12 per square foot - floor graphics
*There is a slight up charge for any plot cutting or special vinyl.
