Loudon Township Trustees are selling a 2010 John Deere 6330 Premium tractor. They will accept sealed bids in person or by mail until 6:30 p.m. on December 11, 2024. Bids will be opened at 6:45 p.m. Bids must be clearly marked “2010 Tractor Bid” on the outside of the sealed envelope. The name of the person or entity, their phone number, and address must be on the bid. Anyone submitting a bid will have an opportunity to raise the bid at the opening. The tractor will be sold to the highest bidder.
A $2,000 non-refundable deposit will be required, with possession upon presentation of a certified check within 14 days of the purchase. Interested parties can direct questions or schedule an inspection by calling Greg at 419-937-1332.
