2021 OTA Online Conference Information

The 2021 OTA Online Conference has officially ended - what a week! Whether or not you were able to watch live, registrants received access to the week's content by email - don't forget to check all your folders. Recordings will be available through August 31.

We appreciate OTA members' willingness to attend this virtual event, and hope the seminars were beneficial. Lastly, thanks to our generous sponsors/vendors and presenters!

Things to remember and frequently asked questions:

  • Handouts
    • If there is no handout next to a seminar in your recording access links, the OTA was not provided with that handout.

      • CPIM had to be reported in the CPIM portal by February 12.

    • CE Reporting:

  • Can I watch recordings after the conference and still get CE or CPIM credit?
    • For CE through the Auditor of State, yes! Recordings will be accessible through August 31. You may watch the recordings at any point in that time and receive credit. Remember to report your hours no later than 90 days after viewing (see above).
  • "Where do I get the codes I need to report the classes I watched? The speaker didn't say the code at the end of the video."
    • Please be sure to watch the intros and closing messages of all seminars. Those segments are short and sweet and are designed to provide you with important information you need for the conference.
  • "I wasn't able to watch live this week, but I did register; I just realized I never got any emails from the OTA. How do I access the OTA's conference seminars?"
    • Please check the following places in your email:
      • Your unread emails (some inboxes have options to only see read emails or unread emails)
      • Your spam/junk folder
      • Any automatic categories created by your email, such as Social tabs or Promotions tabs
      • Additionally, please be sure to check your other email addresses! You may have registered for the conference with a different email than you thought.
      • If you still cannot locate the emails, please reach out to Michael Zaky at
