Carl Mangun

Carl Mangun has served as a trustee in Augusta Township (Carroll Co.) for the past 14 years. Carl was elected to the OTA Board of Directors in 2016 and elected to Second Vice President in 2024. He has served as the vice president and president of his county association and is currently the executive committee person. He participates in the Carroll County Farm Bureau, his local mission group, and the Church of the Lake. Now retired, he is married to Connie and has two children and six grandchildren. He says he is passionate about township government because townships “are the frontline for communication to our residents being able to improve our community with township improvements like parks, roads, and community events.”
