Professional Bio
Kyle joined the Ohio Township Association in January 2023 as Director of Governmental Affairs and was named Executive Director in 2026. He oversees the operations of the Association and leads all legislative and advocacy efforts on behalf of Ohio’s 1,308 townships.
Prior to joining OTA, Kyle served in the U.S. House of Representatives as a senior congressional staff member, where he managed district office operations and advised on federal policy issues, including veterans affairs, defense, and economic development.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ashland University in 2015 and a Master of Military Operational Arts and Science from the United States Air Force Air Command and Staff College in 2022. A former collegiate baseball player, he resides in Orange Township in Delaware County.
