Professional Bio
Tom Shay, from Braceville Township (Trumbull Co.), has been a fiscal officer for 12 years. Tom was elected to the OTA Board of Directors in 2018. He is an accountant who received his master's from Cleveland State University. When he isn't serving his township or working, Tom is a 4-H advisor and is on the legislative committee of the Trumbull County Township Association. Tom has served on the OTA Board of Directors since 2018. Tom is passionate about township government because it allows for local decision-making that is responsive to residents. He is serving on the board to "advance legislation for the betterment of townships."
