Tim is a farmer and retired educator, and he attended the University of Findlay and Bowling Green State University. He is married to Diane and has one son, two stepsons, four granddaughters, and one grandson. Tim is involved with the Farmland Preservation Board, the Farm Bureau, and the Ohio Farmers Union.
