  • Make all checks payable to Ohio Township Association; payment for more than one attendee can be included in the same check.
  • The form can be mailed to the Ohio Township Association at 6500 Taylor Rd. Suite A, Blacklick, OH 43004, faxed to 614-863-9751, or emailed to zaky@ohiotownships.org. (Emailed forms will require mailed payment to the address above.)
  • Paper registration forms are due five business days prior to the event.

Sample Webinar Policies

  1. Webinar Registration Policies:
    1. Webinars are open to both OTA members and non-members.
    2. Registration fees for members range from $0-$50 per webinar.
    3. Registration fees for non-members range from $0-$75 per webinar.

 

  1. Township Webinar Subscription Model:
    1. The Township Webinar Subscription Model is available to Active members (Township Trustees and Fiscal Officers) and Affiliate Members (Township Employees) who inherit OTA membership through their individual townships.
    2. The subscription offers access to all webinars and recorded webinars in the resource center (excluding Winter Conference Recordings).
    3. The subscription fee is a one-time payment of $250 per township.
    4. The subscription is valid for the year it was purchased for.

 

  1. County Township Subscription Deal:
    1. Counties have the option to sign up all townships in their respective county for a reduced rate.
    2. The reduced rate for county subscriptions will be determined in consultation with the OTA.
    3. County subscriptions provide access to all webinars and recorded webinars in the resource center (excluding Winter Conference Recordings) for all townships within the county.
    4. The county subscription fee is payable by the county township association.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    1. All webinars/subscriptions are non-refundable.
    2. In case of unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties, OTA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a webinar. In such cases, registered participants will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled webinar or receive a full refund.

 

  1. Recording and Resource Center Policies:
    1. Webinars will be recorded and made available in the resource center for the duration of the subscription period.
    2. Access to recorded webinars in the resource center is restricted to purchasers of individual webinars and subscribers only.
    3. Winter Conference Recordings are excluded from the subscription and will be available for separate purchase.
