Event Details
Description:
Knock it Off! Whether it’s a case of an incessantly barking dog or an over-enthusiastic DIY warrior running power tools at midnight, most townships could use a carefully constructed noise resolution. A well-written resolution that is clear, targeted, and most importantly, enforceable. This seminar will discuss the relevant statutes, case law and best practices (and pitfalls) when adopting township noise resolutions.
Speaker:
Pete Griggs, Attorney, Brosius, Johnson & Griggs
