Dain Spears

Dain Spears from Union Township (Lawrence Co.) has been a trustee for two years. Currently President of his county association, Dain is a retired alumnus of Ohio University. Before retiring, he worked for the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services for over 30 years. He has served in numerous key community roles such as treasurer for his local church and village councilperson before being elected as township trustee. Currently, he participates in the Chesapeake Community Center and Highlawn Fishing Club and has two children. Dain is passionate about a responsible person on the board and “improving the lives of the residents of the community.”
