"Administrative Convenience" and the Public Records Act

The Ohio Supreme Court recently determined that a township’s newsletter mailing lists maintained by a township for administrative convenience are subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act.  We will explore what that means, how broad the Court’s decision is, and how to practically handle the decision and its effect.
