Conference Practice Sessions

Will the 2021 OTA Online Conference be your first or one of your first experiences with online meetings? Or, do you want a chance to make sure you understand how the software works before the conference starts? Register for one of the OTA’s two practice sessions!

The practice session are designed to ensure your connection and audio settings are ready for the conference seminars. The sessions will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on January 28 and from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on January 29. You can jump on the sessions (once registered) at any point in that window of time to explore the software and check your settings.

The practice session display screen will include a “Zoom Connection Checklist.” Once you are able to check off the list, you’ll know your tech is ready for the conference seminars!

Please note: As an attendee, there will be no need for a webcam or microphone.
