This webinar will break down what qualifies as deductible overtime, what does not, and what townships need to do to stay compliant. Topics will include how to distinguish FLSA-required overtime from contract-based or policy-based extra pay, best practices for recordkeeping and W-2 reporting, and how this change may affect payroll administration and employee questions. This session will provide practical guidance to help your township understand its responsibilities and avoid common reporting mistakes.

  • Make all checks payable to the Ohio Township Association. Payment for more than one attendee can be included in the same check. 
  • The form can be mailed to the Ohio Township Association at 6500 Taylor Rd. Suite A, Blacklick, OH 43004, faxed to 614-863-9751, or emailed to Michael Zaky. (Emailed forms will require payment to be mailed to the address above.)
  • Paper registration forms are due five business days prior to the event.
