As residential growth expands into unincorporated areas, townships are increasingly facing challenges related to private roads, subdivision standards, infrastructure maintenance, and overlapping regulatory authority. This session will explore how township zoning authority intersects with county subdivision regulations, common conflicts that arise during development review, and practical strategies for protecting long-term community interests.

  • Make all checks payable to the Ohio Township Association. Payment for more than one attendee can be included in the same check. 
  • The form can be mailed to the Ohio Township Association at 6500 Taylor Rd. Suite A, Blacklick, OH 43004, faxed to 614-863-9751, or emailed to Michael Zaky. (Emailed forms will require payment to be mailed to the address above.)
  • Paper registration forms are due five business days prior to the event.
