Description:

Delve into important topics in legal ethics for law directors. This program will address the latest legal ethics developments in government and private practice, including client confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and competence. The course will tackle potential ethical issues and pitfalls, and apply the Rules of Professional Conduct to those scenarios. Recent case law and advisory opinions also will be discussed. This one-hour course completes the general ethics requirement and provides key information on the continued ethical practice of law in Ohio.
