Ohio Fire Code Update

Amendments to the Ohio Fire Code (OFC) regarding consumer discharge of fireworks have completed the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) process. These amendments can be found in Rule 56 of the OFC at section 5626, and become effective on July 3, 2022.
